INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund for the cancellations of registration, accommodation, and transfer after 15 August 2022. Cancellations will be effective if the Congress Secretariat is notified in writing.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Natural and Engineering Sciences (NESciences) (e-ISSN:2458-8989)  as a Proceeding Book.

Also, publication opportunity in the special issues of 2 different journals Natural and Engineering Sciences (NESciences) (e-ISSN:2458-8989)   and European Biophysics Journal for the Special Issue: Biophysics in Interdisciplinary Science: Showcasing Turkish Biophysics.

TUBİTAK supports this congress with the 2223-B support program for Scientific Activities

Language

The official language of the Congress is Turkish and English. All abstracts will be made in English and simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Registration and Information Services

The registration and information desks will be located at the reception of the congress venue and will be operating between 07.30 and  22.00 hours. May 9 to August 8, 2022.

Certificate of Attendance 

A certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered attendants.

Badges

Badges will be distributed at the registration desks.

Speaker's Ready Room 

The Speaker  Ready Room will be located at the Congress Venue and will be operating during the congress, with its high technology equipment.

Internet Cafe-Information Center

Internet Cafe and Information Center will be available to all participants during the congress between 08:00-18:00.

Climate

The average high is 31-34^oC. Evenings could be chilly and delegates are therefore recommended not to bring light coats, especially Nemrut Tour.

Electricity 

The current in Turkey is 220 volts 50Hz. Please contact the reception desk for available converters.

Time Zone 

Time is two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2) in Turkey.
